Lights, Camera, Action: Film Company Seeks Extras for Latest Flick

Calling all film enthusiasts!

Kingdom Story Company is looking for extras to appear in major scenes of their latest picture, “I Can Only Imagine 2.”

The movie is a sequel to the 2018 award-winning film, “I Can Only Imagine” and based on the inspiring true story of Bart Millard, an American singer, songwriter and leader of the well-renowned Christian band, MercyMe.

Filming is expected to begin around the April/May timeframe. Directors Andrew Erwin and Brent McCorkle could not be more excited to be shooting in their hometown of Nashville, Tennessee. In a promotional video posted on the Kingdom Story Company website, McCorkle said, “We’ve got some massive concert scenes coming up. Giant scenes. MercyMe fans everywhere this is where you guys come in. We need to fill these giant amphitheaters up with loving people that really support this band and love Kingdom movies, so we’d love to see you there.”

Arielle Kebbel, Joshua Bassett, Sophie Skelton and Sammy Dell are set to star opposite Milo Ventimiglia and returning cast members John Finley, Dennis Quaid and Trace Adkins.
