Former Miss Universe Demi-Leigh Tebow is adding children’s author to her repertoire.
“Princess Paris Finds Her Purpose” is set in South Africa and stars Demi’s real-life dalmatian, Paris, who was born hearing-impaired and with two different colored eyes. The book aims to teach kids ages 4 through 8 how to be kind and make a difference in the world.
When her crown is stolen, Princess Paris worries all the animals on the Royal Savanna won’t take her seriously without it. But as each animal she meets faces a unique problem, she discovers being a princess requires more than wearing a shiny crown.
“I wrote this book hoping it would get to serve as a catalyst for parents to speak and pour truth into their children to share with them and remind them of their God-given worth and value,” said Tebow in a promotional video posted on her website.
Demi and her husband, former NFL quarterback Tim Tebow, are expecting a baby girl later this year. The couple wed in Western Cape, South Africa in 2020 and are known for their philanthropic efforts with the Tim Tebow Foundation (TTF), which focuses on orphan care, anti-human trafficking efforts and supporting those with special needs.
